Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Teezle mobile application ("the Application") for iOS and Android devices, published by TeezAppz Creations Ltd ("we", "us", "the Service Provider"). Teezle is provided as a free-to-play application supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.

Information we collect
The Application collects limited technical information automatically when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
- The operating system and device type you use
- Which screens of the Application you visit, and how long you spend on them
- Crash and performance information
The Application does not collect your precise location, and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
Game progress and local storage
Your game progress in Teezle is saved locally on your own device. The Application does not require you to create an account, and does not transmit your game save data to our servers. Account creation and cloud save are planned for a future update, and this policy will be updated before those features are released.
Advertising
Teezle displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob.
Teezle serves non-personalised advertisements only. We do not use your personal data to build a profile of you, or to target advertising based on your interests or past behaviour. The limited device information described above is used only to deliver ads, control how often they appear, measure performance and prevent fraud.
Non-personalised ads still require limited use of a device or advertising identifier. Google may process this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads
In-app purchases
Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are managed on our side by RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details. Your purchase and subscription records are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat in accordance with their own policies.

The Application uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

Where your information is processed
Some of the services listed above are operated by companies based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, those transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers have put in place, such as standard contractual clauses and applicable data transfer frameworks.
When we may disclose information
We may disclose the technical information described above:
- Where required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request
- To trusted service providers who act on our behalf, who have no independent right to use the information, and who are required to handle it in line with this policy
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Your choices
- You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process for your device or app store.
- You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, as described in the Advertising section above.
Data retention
Because Teezle saves your game progress locally on your device, we do not hold player game data on our servers. Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple, Google and RevenueCat in line with their own policies. Technical information used for advertising and analytics is retained by those providers for the periods set out in their policies. Children
Teezle is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Teezle serves non-personalised ads only, and does not use behavioural profiling for advertising.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please email contact@teezappzcreations.com and we will take steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we handle. Because Teezle stores game progress on your own device rather than on our servers, the amount of information we hold is deliberately kept to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are significant, we will make that clear within the Application. Continued use of the Application after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
