Yes, and I want to be upfront about it. Your progress is stored on your device only, so uninstalling the app or moving to a new phone will start you over. Cloud save is the next big feature I'm building, and it'll fix exactly this.

Version 1.2 also rebuilt the levels, so the first time you update from v1.1 or earlier your level progress resets once and you start fresh on the new set. Purchases, Premium subscriptions and Remove Ads all carry across. Updating from v1.2 to v1.3 doesn't affect your progress at all.

Honey is the in-game currency you spend when you're stuck. A hint costs 80 honey, revealing a word costs 220, and skipping a level costs 350 — the more help you take, the more it costs. Note that levels you skip or reveal don't pay out honey or score, so it's worth solving them properly where you can. You start with 200 honey and earn more by playing.

Two ways: a one-off Remove Ads purchase at £3.99, or a Teezle Premium subscription, which removes ads and unlocks the Golden Hive world as well.

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not by me. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Try Restore Purchases in the app's settings first, which re-checks your account with the store. If that doesn't do it, email me with the store you bought from and roughly when, and I'll look into it.
